SUSTAINABILITY

Increasing sustainability with every beer. Our brew room is always busy brewing the delicious beer that we serve to you. On average, we produce up to 300 pounds of spent grain per week, which is the left-over mash after extracting the sugars and flavors into our beer. Instead of sending the mash to a landfill we partner with a local farm, Fischer Land and Livestock. Brett Fischer the owner of this farm utilizes the spent grain to feed his cattle and they love it! With one whistle they come running knowing that its feeding time. We would like thank Fischer Land and Livestock for their partnership in our sustainability efforts. It’s a win for the cows as well as a win for all of our customers, so we can continue to brew craft beer.
